Identifying the International Architecture for managing global threats by mapping out current systems by sector
Systems, understood for this project as individual entities that formally come together with counterparts for reasons of common interest, often operate to tackle specific threats.
The attached compilation aims to identify currently existing systems operating to manage and reduce risk identified by the experts in the first phase of the project.
It compiles a comprehensive set of systems currently existing to manage threats, clustered following the Sendai framework. It then analyses their architecture by building on Tapscott’s seminal contribution to systems theory and expanding the framework to fill the gaps in his theory.
This analysis aims to sketch out the architecture that these systems, per sector, form, and act within, to draw out the international architecture for managing global threats more generally.
