Liverpool University Climate Scientist, Dr. Andy Morse, says it is critical that the knowledge gained in the HFP exchange initiative which has built a ‘network space’ in which scientists and humanitarian policymakers can discuss in confidence how best to use the data which has emerged from climate change research.
