Humanitarian organisations will have to reinvent themselves to handle far greater crises that are likely in 15 years or more.  The warning is given to IRIN by the HFP Director, Dr. Randolph Kent, who anticipates droughts and famines hitting millions in Africa while at the same time relief agencies are also asked to help people in cyclone hit Asia and deal with a Caribbean hurricane.
