The Conference is centered on highlighting the practical applications and dissemination of climate information from the science climate community as well as dissemination of social and behavioural research for adaptation to climate change. It also seeks to raise awareness to the public for practical resilience to climate change impacts including disaster risk management and knowledge development and sharing for up-scaling and replication of best practices.
